New Languages Added to Microgaming's Mobile Casino Client

December 11, 2013

It's no secret that the mobile sector of the online gambling world is the fastest-growing part of the industry. Because hardware quality and connection speeds have went up tremendously over the past few years, more people than ever are finding that it's just as easy to get started playing on your cell phone, tablet or other mobile device as it is to play on your computer. Since you can take it with you, in some ways it's even easier. Because it's still a growing part of a relatively new industry, there are improvements being made to the software clients on a regular basis.

Microgaming has recently announced that they have added three new languages to what's available for their mobile client. These languages are German, Russian and Dutch. This has the main advantage of making their mobile software platform much more accessible in areas where these are the dominant languages. Because there are newly regulated markets coming out all the time, it's important that Microgaming and other top software companies work hard to make it as easy as possible for players from all different backgrounds to be able to enjoy each of their software clients.

The push towards mobile gaming on a global scale is a pretty big deal. Some experts have estimated that more than half of online gambling will be done using some sort of mobile device by the year 2020, and that wouldn't be surprising considering how many people use these devices more than they use computers. The future of online casino play is definitely in the mobile part of the market, and software companies have been making a lot of advances in this area. This shows that they know what the future holds and that they want to stick around instead of being left behind.

Microgaming has been around for essentially all of the history of the online gambling industry, and they have been a leader from practically day one. Where Microgaming really shines is in their software and game development. They make sure that players can connect using multiple clients like an instant web version, a mobile version and the standard downloadable version of the software. With tons of top games available on each of these software versions, they've also shown that they don't want players to have to miss out on anything just because of how they choose to connect.
